Patients having a health emergency or any difficulties should call 911 so as not to delay medical treatment.

All patients are reminded to keep medications and prescriptions safe as there is no way to replace lost , stolen or destroyed medications and or prescriptions. All narcotic medications prescribed by other Doctors/ Dentist need to be first approved by our office prior to filling. Send us a Quick Email or call before filling or using any un approved medication.

Keep address and telephone information up to date by sending a Quick Email. It is IMPORTANT that contact information be up to date in the event that we need to reschedule, change an appointment date, or schedule a random pill count or drug screen. Note that there are fees for late and missed appointments. Missed Drug Screens or Pill Counts are treated as failed and could lead to your being dropped from Pain Management.
