Due to (covid-19) you can lower the risk to all patients by helping them maintain social distancing

by keeping your telemed visit brief.

Click Telemed 2 Doctor, enter your name and your passcode , click Check In. You may have a

seat while you wait for your telemed visit with your doctor to begin.

Prescriptions will be ready for pickup after your telemed visit with the doctor.

Please respect social distancing, keep your hands away from your face.

Please sanitize your hands at the dispenser in the waiting room before you leave.

Although Ipads are Sanitized after every use please sanitize your hands after use.
